Past

My homepages from the good old Web 1.0 days when hot web design did not extend far beyond <blink> tags and animated gifs. Find these and some other current personal pages such as familiy blogs and file repositories in the password protected private section.

Present

Even though I am strongly against the commercialization of privacy as done by many most Web 2.0 companies, I do acknowledge that nowadays an increasing part of web searches is dealt within social networks themselves. That is why you will find my profile on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, or LinkedIn. Note that for my personal work I mostly use anonymous user identities.

Future

I believe that for a bright future the Internet must give back control to the consumer. Respecting privacy, increasing security, pricing of personal data, and concepts like limiting data lifetime could help to achieve this goal. Find my PGP and S/MIME certificates for authentication and encryption on my public key certificates pages.
